This form of stained glass art does not employ leading, copper foil or grout. The edges of the glass are left uncovered, to permit full refraction of light. Hundreds of individual pieces of glass are meticulously hand-applied with special tweezers, cut to fit, shaped by hand using a glass-cutter to make each spectacular work of art.
Special glass enamel is also used to add additional dimension to each work. The enamel has a color-shifting property so when viewed from the left, it may appear green or gold; from the right, pink or violet.
Only two stained glass paintings remain which are ready-made and can be shipped today.
You can commission a stained glass painting made just for you, see the designs/sizes currently available.
