Shipping for paintings will be a flat rate of $25.00 for works 11"x14 to 12"x19"; works larger than 12"x19" are $40.00 + insurance, which is purchase-price based and will be calculated upon shipping.
Poster shipping- $12.95.
Greeting Cards shipping- $4.95.
Customer has 3 business days to return merchandise, notifying SusiFrancoFineArt by email first; customer must pay shipping/mandatory insurance and a 20% re-stocking fee.If customer elects to exchange for another artwork, the re-stocking fee will be waived, but sh/ins remain the customer's responsibility.
